Love all of these spots. My favorite was Coffee & Tea Time Cafe in the 90s. There was a movie theater across the street. And once, even bowling next door. Those were the days.

The absolutel best coffee in the Lehigh Valley (or in this case - just outside) is at "Mueller's, Too", a small country general store with a diner inside. It can be found on Route 611 South outside of Williams Township but just before you get to Rigelsville. I don't know what kind of coffee it is, and more importantly - I don't want to know. I just know I've never had anything like it.

Also - no mention of DeJa Brew in South Side Bethlehem? Quick Chek in Alpha? Stemie's Place in Easton? The Mayflower on Broad Street Bethlehem? I'd also like to take this time to remember Main Street Cafe in Hellertown which is no longer with us. Let's hope the rumors are true and they're going to reopen again later this year.

The idea here is to be hyper-local, so we wouldn't have written about Bethlehem places. I haven't been the Mueller's Diner; I've gotten the coffee from the store itself. which was (sorry to say) pretty bad. I'll have to stop for breakfast at the diner.

I'm sorry, you're right. I'm new to Patch and a couple of other organizations I've come across have been centered around the Lehigh Valley as a whole. I couldn't tell you about the store/deli side's coffee but I think I'll stick to the diner's.

When you go to the Hunterdon Museum of Art in nearby Clinton, be sure to stop in at CitiSpot across the street. Coffee there is terrific. And Marco makes his own pastries.
