Are any other readers here living or working on a street where the snow piles have made it difficult for anything larger than a Mini Cooper to get through? The papers and electronic media won't (can't?) remind anyone on those streets that the trash haulers' vehicles won't fit in the narrow spaces left by the piled snow, and that they have to get on the horn to the city (ASS-uming such can even be done on a bank holiday)
