 p\; Scott Park \, Easton. Buses will be available to take tubers from Sc
 ott Park to Eddyside Park for access to the river.&nbsp\;\nAges 7 &amp\;
  up are eligible to "tube."&nbsp\; Children under 7 years of age are not
  permitted.&nbsp\; All tubers must sign a waiver.&nbsp\; Tubers under 18
  must have a parent/guardian signature. Children 7-12 must be accompanie
 d by a swimming adult.&nbsp\; All tubers must be able to swim and will b
 e responsible for wearing appropriate floatation device for their own sa
 fety.\nRefreshments will be on sale at Eddyside Park.\n(See the flier fo
