Summer 2012, I was blessed to be able to lead 23 youth to New Orleans for the ELCA youth gathering. We enjoyed the company of 33,509 other youth and adults for a week, living out our faith, working with local community members, and learning how we can make a difference... I was also able to watch my daughter and her team play softball in the USSSA World Series...

Family campout at the Wildlands Conservancy in June, with a few families from my daughter's kindergarten class. We stayed in tents (provided), had a moonlit hike that was capped with a bonfire and s'mores. The girls had a blast.
