Actor/writer/musician Steve Martin will return to the State Theatre next year.

Martin and his band The Steep Canyon Rangers had been scheduled to play last weekend in Easton, but his show was rescheduled due to Hurricane Sandy.

His new show is scheduled for Sunday, April 28 at 7 p.m. Ticketholders for last week's show are being notified of their options.

Steve Martin is expected to perform bluegrass and banjo tunes from his Grammy-winning album "The Crow” as well as his second full-length bluegrass album "Rare Bird Alert" that was released in March 2011.
