Porter's Wins Our St. Paddy's Poll
Readers pick West Ward pub as the best place to celebrate St. Patrick's Day.
Porter's Pub was the runaway winner in our Best Places to Celebrate St. Patrick's Day poll this week.
The West Ward bar/restaurant took 50 percent of the vote, beating out such places as Pearly Baker's and Black & Blue. However, not a lot of people voted this week, so getting 10 votes -- as Porter's did -- amounted to a landslide.
We'll have a complete list of local winners on Saturday. And come back on Monday to vote in our next poll, the best places in the city that offer free wi-fi.
