Easton Man Jailed in Bar Shooting
Jonathan Rosado is accused of firing on patrons of West Ward tavern.
Easton police have charged a man they say fired on a group of patrons at a West Ward bar earlier this month.
Jonathan Rosado, 21, of 1037 Washington St. in the city, is charged with aggravated assault, terroristic threats, and discharging a firearm in an occupied building.
According to police, Rosado was at Louie's Bar at 1031 Butler St. on the night of June 11 when he was involved in a fight and got kicked out of the bar.
Police say Rosado went outside and fired several shots through one of the bar's windows. There were around six or seven people inside at the time, police said, although no injuries were reported.
Rosado was arraigned before District Judge Ralph Litzenberger in Wilson Monday morning, and sent to Northampton County Prison in lieu of $100,000 bail.
