Man Killed on Easton's South Side
Police say 44-year-old New York City man shot and killed at McKeen and Nesquehoning.
Police are investigating the fatal shooting of a New York City man on Easton's South Side Sunday night.
The 44-year-old man's body was at the intersection of Nesquehoning and McKeen streets around 9:30 a.m., according to Lt. Matthew Gerould.
Northampton County Coroner Zachary Lysek has ruled the death a homicide, but is waiting to notify the man's next of kin before releasing his name, police said.
Police are seeking a vehicle that may have fled from the scene -- possibly moving west on Nesquehoning and then west again on Canal Street.
Anyone with any information on the case should call Inspector Daniel Reagan at 610-250-6796 or 610-759-2200
