A Wilson man is accused of assaulting his ex girlfriend after crashing her car.

A 70-year-old man died Friday morning in a one-car crash in Williams Township, according to published reports.
The man -- whose name is being withheld until authorities can notify his family -- was driving south on the 900 block of Morgan Hill Road when his car crossed the center line and hit the guardrail, WFMZ reports.
Both WFMZ and The Morning Call say EMS workers believe the man may have gone into cardiac arrest before the crash.
