Good morning, Eastonians. I hope everyone enjoyed Thanksgiving. I'm off until Monday (barring any huge breaking news). 

Here's five things to know today:

1. If you're planning on attending tonight's Peace Candle lighting festivities, here's a schedule of events.

2. Noel Jones of Neighbors of Easton tells us about Genesis Bikes' holiday sale.

3. While Easton doesn't really have stores that open at the crack of down for Black Friday, we realize people do shop elsewhere in the Lehigh Valley. To that end, check out this list of other store hours in the region.

4. We've topped (as of this writing) 440 on our Facebook "likes." I'm still shooting for 500 by the end of the year.

5. Today is November 25. Christina Applegate is 40 today. Former first daughters Jenna and Barbara Bush are 30.
