First UCC to Host "Community Connection"
Annual Community Connection event allows people to meet with service organizations.
Easton's First United Church of Christ will host its "Community Connection" event Wednesday, allowing people to meet with represenatives from 20 different local service organizations.
Now in its third year, Community Connection allows residents to get answers about issues ranging from health to housing to finding work. In addition, Easton Hospital will have staff on hand to provide free health screenings.
The event runs from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the church, 27 N. Third St.
The organizations involved include:

- Crime Victim's Council of the Lehigh Valley

- LANTA (bus/transporation services)
