Easton Police: Man Sleeping in Car Had Crack
Christopher Wynkoop charged with drug offenses after police find him sleeping in his car.
An Easton man found sleeping in his car in the parking lot of a city convenience store is facing drug charges.
According to the Express-Times, Christopher Wynkoop, 32, of the first block of South Fifth Street, was found sleeping in his car at the WaWa on Larry Holmes Drive.
Police responded to a call to check on Wynkoop's welfare; when they roused him, they discovered he had with him crack cocaine, a hypodermic needle, and pieces of wax paper used for the storage of heroin.
Wynkoop will charged via summons with possession of cocaine and possession of drug paraphernalia.
