For the last few months, HBO has been showing The Turtle and the Nightingale, a short film by Easton-based filmmaker Gershon Hinkson.
On Sunday morning, Hinkson will talk about his work at Green Pastures Community Church in the West Ward.
Church member and Easton City Councilman Ken Brown said the talk will begin at 10 a.m. The church is at 28 N. 10th St.
The movie deals with bullying, telling its story through the eyes of a group of English schoolboys. Hinkson has directed one other film, and has worked on several others, including the Coen brothers' True Grit, and Spider-Man 2. He also serves as the chair of Easton's Movies at the Mill film festival.
