Summer is one of those times people often don't feel like cooking, but that doesn't stop them from enjoying a fine meal.

Easton Area Restaurant Week, running from Sunday, Jul. 31 through Thursday, Aug. 4, offers the perfect excuse to try that place you've always wanted to or to splurge on one of your favorites.

With fixed-price menus all week, participating local bistros are planning to offer an array of specialties, showcasing their culinary talents, in hopes of attracting new diners.

These Easton Area Restaurant Week participating restaurants will offer lunch for $8, and a multi-course dinner for $30:

I love restaurant week! I will take full advantage of it.
But. I am surprised that no one has busted Christina for posting the start as August 31!
