Coroner: Man in Crash Died of Natural Causes
An East Stroudsburg man who died last week in Williams Township had a heart attack.
The Northampton County Coroner has identified a man who died last week following a Williams Township car accident.
Charles Canfield, 70, of East Stroudsburg actually died of natural causes, coroner Zachary Lysek said.
Police had said last week it was possible Canfield had suffered a heart attack prior to his car crossing the center line on Morgan Hill Road. He was pronounced dead at St. Luke's University Hospital - Anderson Campus in Bethlehem Township.
