The Easton Area School District has officially appealed a federal court ruling that keeps the district from banning cancer-awareness bracelets with the slogan "I Heart Boobies."
Earlier this month, the school board voted that it would appeal U.S. District Judge Mary McLaughlin's ruling in the case.
On Friday, the district made it official, formally filing its appeal, according to published reports.
