6 Things to Do in Easton This Weekend

Good morning everyone. Time once again to look at what this weekend has to offer.
1. There are still some tickets available for the sixth annual Chocolate Lovers Soiree, which happens Saturday at the Bank Street Annex from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. For $25, you get to sample chocolate delicacies from several local restaurants, bakeries and chocolatiers. 2. Friday and Saturday mark the final two days of Easton Restaurant Week. Prices are fixed for lunch ($8) and dinner $30 at Sette Luna, Porter's, Ocean, Valenca, the River Grille, State Cafe & Grill, Black & Blue, the Vintage Restaurant and Bar, and Megs & Mads.
3. Easton's School of Rock concludes its January series of concerts with a tribute to the Greatful Dead, Saturday at 7 p.m. and Sunday at 3 p.m. at the Third Street Alliance.
4. ConneXions Gallery holds an opening reception for artist Matt Nixon's "The Divided States of America," Saturday from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m.
5. Lafayette College hosts Kathleen Greco's, "Crochet & Knitting from a 3D Perspective," Saturday from noon to 1 p.m. at the Williams Center on Hamilton and High Streets. The talk is in connection with the college's "Sticks, Hooks, and the Mobius" art exhibition.
6. Also at Lafayette's Williams Center Saturday at 8 p.m.: a performance by Illstyle & Peace Productions, a dance troupe from Philadelphia. The college website says the company's current production Same Spirit Different Movement, "celebrates the urban spirit of hip-hop with a dynamic overlay of innovation and verve."
