Good morning everyone. It's the start of a new week, and here are some things that are happening.
1. Easton City Council holds its regular meeting Wednesday at 6 p.m. at city hall.
2. Also meeting: the city's Zoning Hearing Board, tonight at 6:30 p.m.
3. The city's Movies in the Park program continues this week, with Journey 2: The Mysterious Island playing Tuesday and Wednesday at the Easton Area Neighborhood Center and Nevin Park, respectively, and Dolphin Tale Thursday at the Easton Area Community Center. All shows are weather permitting, and start at dark.
4. I'm hoping to get 700 "likes" on our Facebook page by the end of the month. Can you help us out?
5. Today is July 23. The Ford Motor Company sold its first car on this day in 1903. Actor Phillip Seymour Hoffman turns 45 today.
